Processing Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise noted.

  • Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days.
  • Custom or large orders may require additional production time.
  • During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Grider 3D Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating the shipment. Lost package claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on production schedules and packaging requirements.
